Requirements for rotational molding production shop set up:

- production premise - required area for the smallest manufactured machine: length 7 m; width 5 m; height 7 m;

- roto molding machine - produces the roto molding goods. Required voltage is 380 V, 50 Hz, 3 phases. The burner fuel is lpg or diesel;

- rotational molds - metal constructions in which raw material is heated and molded;

- raw material - linear low density polyethylene;

- raw material equipment preparation - pulverizer to grind the LLDPE granules into powder, mixer to prepare the colored raw material. The client can purchase the raw material preparation equipment or purchase ready to use LLDPE colored powder independently;

- additional equipment - beam crane for molds exchange/loading, tools for molds assembly/disassembly.
